Nerd Alert Redux
It was a good day: this morning I learned there was new Dr. Tran, then my wife came over and I cooked up a traditional family christmas dinner, with prime rib, yorkshire pudding (it's so much easier to make in muffin tins!), mashed potatoes, and apple pie with home-whipped cream, my wife and I had a wonderful time together, and then, just now, after she left and the roommates got home, I wii-bowled a perfect game.
I believe my reaction to that was something to the effect of "fuck yeah! holy shit motherfucker!" except much more loudly. My throat hurts a little.
For those of you with a wii and who are interested, I'd started this mii up three days ago and was somewhere around 1050 points. A perfect game netted me an additional 164. Seems to me it ought to just say, well, fuck, you bowled a perfect game, we'll give you 500 points and buy you a beer.
